Project Merewether

We were engaged to renovate and modernise this beautiful coastal home in the heart of Merewether. While the bones of the house were strong, the interiors felt a little basic and lacked the warmth and personality the family was hoping for. Our goal was to bring depth, texture and a sense of quiet luxury into every space.

We introduced a more considered material palette, with one of the hero elements being the stunning terrazzo-look floor tiles. Their soft patterning added movement and interest, instantly lifting the home and creating a cohesive foundation for the rest of the design. From there, we layered natural textures, warm neutral tones and refined details to create a calm, modern coastal feel.

The result is a home that feels refreshed, intentional and beautifully grounded - a space where subtle design choices make a big impact and everyday living feels that little bit more elevated.
