This home was designed with both everyday living and special moments in mind. From the moment you walk through the front door, you're welcomed by a stylish entryway with herringbone flooring and a woven pendant, setting a beautiful tone for the rest of the space. The kitchen is a true centrepiece, featuring a large island, a butler’s pantry, and a bar — perfect for gatherings. The open-plan dining and lounge areas offer plenty of comfortable seating, ideal for a big, growing family.
In the main wing, all the essential daily spaces come together — the master bedroom with walk-in robe and ensuite, an office, laundry, powder room, and mudroom. One of the standout design touches here is the herringbone natural stone flooring, bringing texture and elegance to the powder room and laundry.
The guest wing offers a private and welcoming retreat, complete with two bedrooms, a spacious main bathroom with a bath for little ones, and a rumpus room with built-in cabinetry and a sofa bed for extra guests. Connected by a stunning glass link and surrounded by large windows, this part of the home is filled with natural light and warmth — a perfect space for visitors to relax and feel at home.

The Main Living
As you step into this beautiful home, you're welcomed by a thoughtfully designed entryway, featuring elegant herringbone flooring and a statement woven pendant that sets the tone for what’s to come. The kitchen is a true highlight of the space, complete with a spacious island bench, a butler’s pantry, and a built-in bar — perfect for entertaining. In the dining and lounge areas, we prioritized generous seating to comfortably accommodate a large, growing family full of grandkids, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for everyone to gather.
The Main Wing
The main wing of the home is thoughtfully designed to include all the essential everyday spaces for our clients. This area features the Master Bedroom with a walk-in robe and ensuite, as well as a dedicated office, laundry, powder room, and mudroom. One of our favourite design moments in this wing is the stunning herringbone natural stone flooring, adding a beautiful textured feature to both the powder room and laundry.
The Guest Wing
The guest wing is designed as a welcoming retreat, featuring two spacious bedrooms, a main bathroom, and a rumpus room. As this area is dedicated to visiting friends and family, we made sure to include a generously sized bathroom with a bathtub — perfect for the little ones. The rumpus room is both functional and inviting, complete with custom built-in cabinetry and a sofa bed to provide extra sleeping space. A stunning glass link connects this wing to the rest of the home, while large picture windows flood the space with natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere.
